Once your order is crafted and ready, we will carefully package it to ensure its safe journey to you. Our shipping partners are experienced in handling delicate items, and we strive to deliver your order in pristine condition.
We deliver goods under the Incoterm Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for our international buyers. This means we take responsibility for all costs associated with transporting the goods to the specified destination, including duties, taxes, and any other import fees. By opting for DDP, we ensure a seamless experience for our customers, providing clarity and convenience in pricing without additional charges upon delivery.

After the production period, your order will be shipped to your provided address. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

MALACHIZA does not ship on weekends or major holidays.
 
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
