WHAT IS MALACHIZA'S ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
Please note that MALACHIZA will not be held liable to cover the cost of return and exchange shipping. Customers will be responsible for any postage fees incurred when returning or exchanging items.
At MALACHIZA, we have a 14-day return policy for full-priced items. You can request a refund or exchange for items returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused condition, and all original tags must be attached.
HOW DO I RETURN MY MALACHIZA ONLINE ORDER?
Returning your MALACHIZA online order is easy. Simply email us at returns@malachiza.com or contact us via our website. If you wish to return an item, please provide reasons for the return along with your order number. We will review your request to determine if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
You will receive an email with the exact instructions to return your item, as well as the return address details. If you wish for us to generate a pre-paid return label for you, then this can also be requested via email, the amount of which will later be deducted from your final refund. Once requested, simply print off the assigned prepaid label and affix to the return package; the Refunds are given for the original value of the product at time of purchase, excluding any shipping costs.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE STORE PURCHASE?
Yes, we do offer exchanges for eligible items. You can select your new size or, if the size is unavailable, you may choose other product options or receive a credit note.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a return label and instructions for returning your item. The processing time for refunds may vary, but we aim to process them as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for card refunds, depending on your bank's processing time.
WHERE CAN I FIND A COPY OF THE RETURN FORM?
You don't need a separate return form. Simply email us with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND ON THE DUTIES AND TAXES I PAID?
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MALACHIZA. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend consulting a customs broker for assistance with duties on returned merchandise, as this option may not be available in all countries.

After the production period, your order will be shipped to your provided address. Shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER'S DELIVERY?
Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package's delivery.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE MALACHIZA ONLINE STORE OFFER?

HOW ARE DUTIES AND TAXES CALCULATED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
For orders to countries outside of Australia, United States, Europe and United Kingdom, orders are primarily shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means duties and taxes are calculated and charged based on the items ordered for your shipment destination at checkout. For some destinations orders will be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on customs entry arrival into your country.
